Very happy, this constant temperature mask is practical and effective, I recommend it.

Material compliant, but 44°C max not enough to melt the wax in the eye area and too hot at eyebrow level because pressed against, but pressed against the eyes to be able to blink during the 12 min. Turns off after 12 min and cools down in a few seconds. I recommend it for maintenance and prevention, but it's not enough for people with dry eyes like me (wax + water). The mask is soft and pleasant to wear.

We had ordered a USB extension cable for the heated eye mask. We wanted to return the USB extension cord because it didn't fit with my plug adapter. Someone told us that we had to pay for the return postage and that we shouldn't have ordered it. Please note that other sites issue return labels where postage is free. No risk of burning, ideal temperatures. I think the mask should adapt slightly more to the shape of the nose (flexibility).

Difficult to fit the blue protective cover

I have mixed feelings about it, as so far I haven't had any convincing eye results! The helmet is very light in design, which may be pleasant, but its duration is likely to be limited ...? I'm going to continue using them for 12 minutes every evening, but without much conviction. Otherwise, the company seems serious, the explanations were convincing and detailed, which gives me confidence. Thank you very much.

When you don't have a microwave, it's difficult to use the device. I'm going to buy one and then we'll be able to use the mask to the full.

I bought this mask on the advice of my ophthalmologist. Fast delivery. However, I would have liked to know that the use of the mask was limited in time (750 times). This means that if I use the mask twice a day, it will only last me 375 days. Not a very obvious first use. At the same time, I also bought the extension cord and an extra protection. As for the protection, as it's made of fabric, it goes down. As for the connection, I'll have to buy a rechargeable battery (5V) as mine is insufficient. For the moment, it's not very practical as I plug the mask into my computer. Over time, I'll have to see whether this form of use will benefit me, as I'm going to have a treatment with devices at my ophthalmologist's. On the positive side, as the heat rises to 44°, there's no risk of burns like with a microwave-heated mask. If the heat is unbearable, you can turn it down to either 41° or 39° (button). When starting up the mask, put it on immediately after fitting.

This heated mask looks comfortable and has a good finish, but we'll have to wait and see. The only downside is that the price is a bit steep!

I've only been using my mask for a week. It's more effective than hot water compresses, but it doesn't work all the time, especially for dry eyes, but maybe it takes a while for it to work regularly.

Everything went smoothly. Package delivered on time and to the right place.

There was just one little problem with the order: I only received one box when I had ordered 3, but after calling I quickly received the missing 2.

I regret that the instructions for use are not more detailed, as regards the benefits of the mask on the ocular pathologies for which it is recommended.

The mask is fine, but the cleansing discs are too greasy (I-lid'N lash) and you have to wipe your eyelids with a Kleenex afterwards, which isn't very practical! I regret buying the cleansing discs.

The shipment is announced by the post office and is delivered to a relay point without any tracking.!14 euros in shipping costs to still have to pick it up 🙃The cables are very bulky and the velcro catches the hair. The piece of canvas "rolls" and is too wide and the mask could be wider and better encompass the eyes...
