The site offered two intermediaries for online payments. Fortunately, one of them was unable to handle a first visa! After a call, emgidi advised me to use the second and the situation was resolved. This made my purchase process a little longer, which is why I had to take off one star. That said, the support was very efficient and the delivery fast.
