I would like to know the exact composition of the product. What is mentioned on the jar is written in too small characters for my 79 year old eyes!!!!

Hello, I am satisfied with EMGIDI products. The only problem I had was that although I had a customer account with them, I couldn't access their site, so I had to create an account for my husband to be able to order. I didn't get any response to my questions sent by email.

This mask seems to cool much faster than expected. Wet heat perception is also not very evident. Finally, it would be nice to have a case "as standard" for storing the mask.

The heated eye mask matches the description and expectations. I apply the recommended treatments (Chaumane method) and have not noticed any significant improvement, but the condition of my eyelids is no longer worsening, which seems to have stabilized the situation.

Thank you for your OPINION.
The CHAUMANE method brings improvements, but it can take time. The most important thing is not to get discouraged and to continue doing the eyelid treatments every day.
