Order placed on a suit size connur (I have the epsilon shadow in size 4 which fits me well, so I took a 7mm of the same size and it is importable, neck and hood too tight.I will have to resize to hope, maybe, wear it. I understand this price drop, I've been taken in.

The bungee cord ordered was faulty. The item was returned, but apparently nobody was there to receive it, on 2 occasions! It is currently awaiting collection at the Post Office ... (!!!)

I am very dissatisfied. The thickness does not match the advertised thickness. I bought a 7mm suit for winter use and will only be able to use it in summer.... The suit also comes so folded that in those folds the total thickness I don't think is more than 3mm per side . I have opened it and changed the position to see if it would improve but it has not.

The product seems to be of high quality BUT I didn't receive it in the right configuration: it comes with a "PVC and nylon upper skirt with 9 holding rings and a large zipped storage pocket for small equipment" specially designed to keep the "water pocket" for hydration safe. Instead of this skirt, I received the board equipped with a "Patrol board mattress". I informed the after-sales service, who didn't see fit to get back to me to repair this error. A mistake is no big deal, but not listening to a customer is embarrassing! Especially as I no longer bring this "water bag" for fear of losing it! (It almost happened twice on my first outing, when I left it soaking in salt water under the mattress... not great at all!)
