Good products ,slow delivery

I am very dissatisfied. The thickness does not match the advertised thickness. I bought a 7mm suit for winter use and will only be able to use it in summer.... The suit also comes so folded that in those folds the total thickness I don't think is more than 3mm per side . I have opened it and changed the position to see if it would improve but it has not.

Ok.although they did not have in stock the harness I liked and bought. But in the end everything was fine.

The product seems to be of high quality BUT I didn't receive it in the right configuration: it comes with a "PVC and nylon upper skirt with 9 holding rings and a large zipped storage pocket for small equipment" specially designed to keep the "water pocket" for hydration safe. Instead of this skirt, I received the board equipped with a "Patrol board mattress". I informed the after-sales service, who didn't see fit to get back to me to repair this error. A mistake is no big deal, but not listening to a customer is embarrassing! Especially as I no longer bring this "water bag" for fear of losing it! (It almost happened twice on my first outing, when I left it soaking in salt water under the mattress... not great at all!)

Really good Product but the suit was stored (folded) in a way you don't do with neoprene resulting in some sharp folds where the suit is now half the thickness and will not recover. Otherwise a good product though!

Fast, even the soap!

The size didn't fit and the exchange was quite quick, now it's perfect.

[email protected] I was informed late that brown fusion harness was not available in the bundle I ordered, they should have replaced it with either demon or tactical harness but they informed me when my parcel left France already and deducted a refund. Thank you, #Epsealon. I hope you put yours carbon fins on sale 🤭💗

Impossible to put in shot pockets

It's a pity that there was a labelling error in your stock, which would have allowed me to be fully satisfied with the quality of my purchase

Bad advice for the purchase of a suit despite the quality, customer service by phone very difficult to reach, too bad.

Good quality but a little disappointed because they don't say you have to buy the adapter too. So I can't use it. I preferred to finally buy another reel of another brand (I was sure at least that I was not going to need something else)

When buying store & communication EXCELLENT. Products very chique & cool. However when have issues can take 1-7 days to get an email reply. & phone not answered ! was impressed about pick up of return. On the whole a nice company to deal with !
