Some products were not available. I am asked by email to change the color. I respond quickly but apparently my response is not found, twice. So I receive the package 2 weeks late. And then another item is not compliant: caranx slippers 5mm are not in inner split. And finally, the mondial relay point next to my house is not on the list. In the end, the service is provided but there is still a need for improvement.

Very beautiful neoprene but the suit had many creases related to improper storage or packaging. Not a big deal. However, the neck cut (which I have slim) and the hood are way too tight like on many Epsealon suits we have bought at the club. Order placed on a suit size connur (I have the epsilon shadow in size 4 which fits me well, so I took a 7mm of the same size and it is importable, neck and hood too tight.I will have to resize to hope, maybe, wear it. I understand this price drop, I've been taken in.

Following an error in the preparation of my order, I obtained a voucher to return my order: DPD took more than 10 days to return my parcel to the Epsealon Relay. It's been done for several days now and I've finally received the refund I requested? It's a shame, because Epsealon's after-sales service is excellent and very responsive.

I am very dissatisfied. The thickness does not match the advertised thickness. I bought a 7mm suit for winter use and will only be able to use it in summer.... The suit also comes so folded that in those folds the total thickness I don't think is more than 3mm per side . I have opened it and changed the position to see if it would improve but it has not.
