Good site. I had an issue with my Padel racket. The site immediately took my problem, which was resolved in 1 week with a small commercial gesture.

Serious site and top products. However, the Chronopost delivery scheduled for 48/72 hours took more than a week. Nothing to say about the product, but the delay was a bit longer.

I just received the refund notice for the order and .. surprise, the shipping costs for both the outgoing and return of the product are entirely at my expense, while esprit Padel is not able to exchange for the desired size!! I will never order from them again.

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
Hello Maryse,

In our Return Policy, everything is stated. The return costs for exchanges or gift vouchers are on us, those for refunds are on you. Unfortunately, we no longer had the size in stock but you could select a gift voucher to choose another product!

Almost perfect, I had an issue with a discount code on my order and the support quickly recreated my cart. There is just the t-shirt I ordered that was unfortunately not the right one, but the one I received is still nice.

The weight of the racket is not compliant. Announced at 355 g, it weighs exactly 365 g. A bit disappointed

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
Hello Stéphane,

The rackets are not all the same weight, that's why below each model, we have a weight range that can go from 10 to 15g. The one for the Bela LS is from 355 to 370g. For the next one, you can choose the lightest!

Have a nice day
