Compliant products (racket + shoes) received in 48 hours. The site allows you to compare products under their different technical aspects, which is very helpful for guiding your choice. The discounts offered allow for purchases at very competitive prices. Very satisfied.

Fast shipping and perfect product. Small downside on the price. Even with the 20% discount I found cheaper afterwards on another site but the order was placed! Still satisfied

The package was not delivered by Chronopost to the chosen pickup point. I went there 5 times because the pickup point was closed while the announced opening hours were not respected. I needed these shoes on Thursday for a tournament. I couldn't pick them up until Saturday. Huge disappointment and a lot of unnecessary stress for me.
