I am happy with the speed of delivery. However, I am very disappointed with the product, first use and the zipper of the cover is already not working.

The balls purchased "Hero Pro + Durability" lasted me only one session! When I wanted to reuse them, they were soft, I do not recommend these tubes.

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. This is indeed abnormal and is probably a manufacturing defect.

We invite you to contact our customer service. We will be happy to send you a new tube of balls as a replacement.
