Hello, the delivery went very well. The product was exactly what I expected. I tested the racket and it suits me perfectly. The only negative point is that I am very disappointed with the grip of the racket which was damaged by the protective plastic making the feel not very pleasant in hand and it breaks my heart for a racket at 265€ full price. I am not satisfied because I received my padel racket this week and it does not suit me at all so I wanted to return it and possibly get another one and your services told me that I could not return it because I removed the plastic from the handle to test it and no one told me that I should not remove it and at the same time how do you want to test a racket with the plastic!!!!! The plastic on the handle has been removed, which guarantees the new condition of the racket. It is therefore no longer new, we cannot take it back. Everything is mentioned in our Return Policy! We have a special page with test rackets to try the rackets beforehand!

Delivery problem with Chronopost. Purchase on Thursday at 3 PM with 24 to 48 hour delivery option. Racket delivered Monday afternoon… Shipping costs covered by the site but if I had known I might have bought on another site. The important thing for me was to have the racket for Sunday.
