A crack of this size, and on one face, is not a manufacturing defect. It is the result of a shock with an external element, which voids the warranty. I am sincerely sorry, but the after-sales service will not be able to cover this case.

For racket returns, the original protection around the handle is an essential element for us to take it back. This protection ensures that the product is indeed new, has never been used, and can thus be resold. Without this protection, the product is considered incomplete and cannot be returned.

Change the delivery person. DHL! The delivery person came without knocking on the door, I was there but he preferred to leave a note on the door, probably quicker for him, as a result I picked it up the next day for a birthday that day, thank you.

Hello, Site known from Joffrey's YouTube videos which offers very nice content to watch (keep it up) Order received quickly, impeccable material.
