Hello, I am quite disappointed upon receiving my racket, the grip had stuck to the packaging and is torn upon opening

Great racket, but too fragile, played only 1 hour and damaged in 2 places on the flat surface. So dead racket, I'm switching to another racket! Too bad…

Package arrived late, upon unpacking the plastic around the racket handle sticks and you have to damage the grip to remove it. Moreover, at the first game, the racket makes a strange noise during hits... Nevertheless, customer service is reachable and attentive to various remarks.
