The site is very good but out of 4 ordered items, the Wilson women's team liner shorts do not match the product description I ordered. They were supposed to be equipped with discreet side pockets to hold the balls, but the pockets are nonexistent, so it is not practical for playing or Padel.

I had a problem with a racket (nothing to do with Esprit padel shop), I activated the warranty, in 5 days I had a new racket, where other sites would have taken 3 months!! I commend the hyper responsive after-sales service!! My first message sent on Monday at 10 PM, the response by Tuesday at 10 AM (impressive!!) and the following messages, the same responsiveness!! Kudos to the service!! I recommend Esprit padel Shop without any problem, super serious!!

I would have liked to try my pair of shoes before ordering them but that was impossible so I ordered a pair that I had to return for an exchange. So it took longer and created more work for everyone. Too bad for the customer.
