Hello madam, sir. I think you had a computer or organizational bug with my order. I ordered with a confirmation email. I receive a second email telling me that I ordered a rental racket. I contact customer service who tells me that my order will be delivered within 48 hours and the next day I receive a refund for my order and now an email thanking me for my order and asking me to evaluate you. I let you look at the bug.

Subsequently, we unfortunately had to refund you because the model you wanted, the "Vertex 04 Woman 2024", is currently out of stock.
