Hello, I ordered a racket and a protection, thanks to Corentin the sales manager who contacted me very quickly to inform me that there would be a slight delay and that if I wanted, I could be refunded. I accepted to wait and I received the racket on the new scheduled date but the protection was unfortunately forgotten hence my 4 stars.

I can only give four stars because my package arrived 5 days after my order and not within 48 hours. However, the contact by email but also by phone with the customer manager was very quick, efficient, and courteous. Moreover, I was able to obtain a commercial gesture following this delivery issue.
