A break not covered under warranty even though it is a manufacturing defect.

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
I understand your disappointment and I am truly sorry for the situation. We accept many after-sales services for our customers, but unfortunately, the warranty cannot apply in this specific case.
A crack of this size, and on one face, is not a manufacturing defect. It is the result of a shock with an external element, which voids the warranty. I am sincerely sorry, but the after-sales service will not be able to cover this case.

Response times are quick, package sent quickly and carefully packaged, however I find the commercial gesture a bit lacking for a racket break after 5 months for a simple shock.

The site does not offer the best prices or the most advantageous shipping costs, but the service is fast, the proposed selection is interesting, and the tools available are excellent for finding the ideal racket, especially thanks to the graph and the comparator. I highly recommend this site!

Just disappointed with the description that announces a sanded racket when it is smooth... However, the racket suits me perfectly and the delivery is ultra-fast as usual!

Very disappointed with the sellers, initially very nice but when I wanted to return my new racket, they refused. Total lack of commercial sense, I absolutely do not recommend. Don't expect anything from them.

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
For racket returns, the original protection around the handle is an essential element for us to take it back. This protection ensures that the product is indeed new, has never been used, and can thus be resold. Without this protection, the product is considered incomplete and cannot be returned.
I understand that this situation is frustrating and I apologize for it.

Website operation: good variety of choice: very good What spoils everything is the impossibility of returns.. Without trying.

Please note that you have the possibility to return an item within 30 days, provided it has not been used, and that its label and original packaging are intact.

Disappointing customer service: refusal to refund for a racket never used simply because the handle protection had been removed. Little concern for customer satisfaction.

Hello Stéphane, indeed this plastic is the guarantee of a new product. To ensure a new product for all our customers, we do not take back items that no longer have this plastic.
Have a great day.

Hello, Site known from Joffrey's YouTube videos which offers very nice content to watch (keep it up) Order received quickly, impeccable material. A few small issues with the cart that wouldn't apply the 30% discount on the second racket purchased when adding other products. So I limited myself to the rackets :)
