Items conform and received as announced. The tracking is top and, at the slightest doubt, you can contact customer service which is very reactive. I will recommend without hesitation on this site!

I will focus my comment on the seriousness of the service, on the speed of shipping and the quality of the package because unfortunately for me I have not yet had the opportunity to test my items. So you can order with your eyes closed, plus I was lucky enough to add 10% to the already discounted price. Thank you to the whole team. Best regards, Xav

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
Hello Bastien!
The customer service has been validated, and we sent you a new bag a week ago.
If you could confirm that the problem has been resolved that would be great.
Have a very nice day!

Hello, I still have not received the book because the post office, which finds my address daily as given, has not found it! I have done what is necessary to additionally provide the building letter. I was supposed to be delivered on Thursday and still nothing! I cannot rate you for now. Best regards.
