Following the delivery of a Siux racket with a defect. Very long customer service, impossible to reach them by phone. Despite numerous exchanged emails. I am still waiting for a response. I just ask for a refund and a prepaid label for the return of the racket. This story has been going on for more than 10 days. Hoping for some responsiveness in the days following this comment. Too bad because their YouTube videos are of quality. Jerome.

Purchase of the Wilson Blade elite V2 Huge The sensations with this racket are simply amazing Compared to the Babolat, which I had more control power a bit heavier than my old racket, but it helps me even more Not to mention the aesthetics of the racket which is simply beautiful to me. Thank you for this wide choice of rackets.
