Serious site. Received a damaged racket and they sent me a good one. There was still a small defect on the racket but acceptable! Quick responsiveness and friendliness on the phone.

Two orders placed, and each time they were shipped the next day, respecting special requests (rackets in the lower weight range available). One item was no longer available at the time of shipping: the refund was made within 24 hours. Excellent availability by phone as well. Site and company to recommend.
