Hello, item received very well packaged, super product good quality, I am very satisfied with my purchase, but then chronopost zero points, I almost didn't receive it for Christmas, the delivery person didn't even move on Saturday, and noted absent, which was not the case at all, and delivery scheduled for Monday, we waited all day, it was postponed to Tuesday finally, it was New Year's Eve, and it was up to me to move to his truck and sign through the window, unacceptable... good evening.
