Hello, I am quite disappointed upon receiving my racket, the grip had stuck to the packaging and is torn upon opening

Perfect. I had not received my package so I sent a message, I always got quick and effective responses. My package had been delivered but I had not picked it up in time so as soon as received by the sender they resent it to me and I received it quickly. I am very pleasantly surprised. Very well-made site (the comparator is great). Lots of choices and good prices. I don't give 5 stars because the choice of delivery service for the DOM is extremely expensive. I paid 65.90 euros in shipping fees (not counting the taxes that need to be added, which is normal). So I paid almost as much for the racket as for the fees and taxes. I will only make a purchase again when the delivery service is something other than DHL. Note: For a racket (375g) I had 44.90 euros in shipping fees at the time of order. Then I had to pay 21 euros in
