Very good quality products but the sizing guide for the shoes does not match. The email box is useless if you need it’s a robot that always sends you the same message. I just made an exchange for shoes, I wanted them to tell me if a second exchange is possible if it still does not fit because between 2 sizes but… So be careful if you are not sure of your size because returns are at your expense.

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
Thank you for your compliments on the quality of our products!
We apologize for the response provided a bit too "quickly" by email.
To answer you, yes, a second exchange is possible! You can exchange the sneakers until the size is correct.
Size advice for Head: For Head sneakers, we recommend taking one size up from your usual shoe size.
Need immediate help? Don't hesitate to call us directly (+33 4 27 44 40 51) for more clarity.

Order compliant. However, the racket has some micro scratches that make me doubt the 100% new aspect of the product.
