After receiving my new racket, after 10 minutes of my first match I realize there is a crack in the center of the racket, I then contacted them 12 hours later, the first email, 15 hours later the new racket was sent after the warranty claim was validated! Perfect service with extreme speed, even on deliveries which generally take two days after ordering!
