Hello, I received my package quickly (I live in Belgium) and in perfect condition, congratulations to your collaborators and your shipping service for this. Regarding the quality of the products, the socks (Nox) are made of a material that slips inside the shoe. I will not order them again. My sneakers (Nox) are of top quality! I forgot to enter the code before finalizing my order (over 100€), so I did not receive the gift tubes of balls. Could you automate, include gifts by default when the purchase amount conditions are met? This would prevent forgetful people like me from being deprived of pleasant bonuses. Thank you! Following the delivery of a Siux racket with a defect. Very long customer service, impossible to reach them by phone. Despite numerous exchanged emails. I am still waiting for a response. I just ask for a refund and a prepaid label for the return of the racket. This story has been going on for more than 10 days. Hoping for some responsiveness in the days following this comment. Too bad because their YouTube videos are of quality. Jerome.
