I can only give four stars because my package arrived 5 days after my order and not within 48 hours. However, the contact by email but also by phone with the customer manager was very quick, efficient, and courteous. Moreover, I was able to obtain a commercial gesture following this delivery issue. Very good site, fast, quality advice, wide choice of products, interesting newsletter. Would have deserved 5 stars if the prices were in the lower averages. Unfortunately, when you are less rushed, and you know what you want, you order from other sites. Given your reputation, you should approach brands to make an effort every month or week, for example, to sell a product at a discounted price, in exchange for a large volume of sales and significant advertising.
