Esprit Padel Shop consistently delivers with fast, careful shipping and products arriving exactly as described, often in 24 hours or less and well packaged. Customers praise a wide selection, helpful product comparisons, and strong value for money, including competitive discounts and promotions. The service is reliable and responsive, with smooth ordering experiences, reusable order tracking, and attentive touches like a small gift for first-time buyers, leading to high overall satisfaction. Many reviews highlight positive experiences with product recommendations, fast delivery to Paris, and confidence in returning to the site for future padel purchases.
Racket at a more interesting price than in store or paddle play area. However, delivery point different from the one that was chosen and far from home. Customer service unreachable at the email address provided to request the change of delivery point.

I was well awaited by competent people, and I also really liked the customer service on two pairs of shoes that I bought 6 months ago. Thank you... Salvador Montosa Moreno

I had delivery problems (lost package) but Esprit Padel Shop quickly resent a new package, but it was missing an item, which had not been reported. I sent a complaint email and the company quickly contacted me to find a solution

Fast shipping and compliant with the order. However, I received a 10% discount because it was my first order while the site offered 40% on the second item, which means I lost about 10€. I sent an email without a reply, I would have appreciated a small gesture to compensate for this loss.
