I ordered a Siux Electra ST2 racket, the delivery time is ultra-fast, less than 48 hours. I have had time to try it since, and I am more than satisfied, the sensations are immediate from the first ball, it is perfectly adapted to my style. However, the grip needed to be changed as soon as I removed the plastic, and this is an issue that had already been raised by another customer. A grip would be welcome in the package given the price of the racket.

Following the delivery of a Siux racket with a defect. Very long customer service, impossible to reach them by phone. Despite numerous exchanged emails. I am still waiting for a response. I just ask for a refund and a prepaid label for the return of the racket. This story has been going on for more than 10 days. Hoping for some responsiveness in the days following this comment.
