I had to use the warranty for my Nox after less than 6 months and they were super responsive! I just had to follow up to see if they had heard back from Nox, but other than that, great follow-up and very good service! I've already placed several orders with them and they are always very professional with good prices! Good service comes at a cost too! Thank you EPS!
