I ordered from Esprit Padel with express delivery, but due to the weekend of July 14th, the shipment was a bit delayed. I contacted customer service, who responded quickly, with a real sense of listening and professionalism. Rather than returning the items (balls and overgrip), which I will use soon, I preferred to keep them. And without me really asking, they refunded my shipping costs as a goodwill gesture. Quality products, reasonable prices, and human customer service: I would recommend without hesitation (with a bit more anticipation next time) Antoine.

Disappointing customer service: refusal to refund for a racket never used simply because the handle protection had been removed. Little concern for customer satisfaction.

Hello Stéphane, indeed this plastic is the guarantee of a new product. To ensure a new product for all our customers, we do not take back items that no longer have this plastic.

Have a great day.

It's a shame to have paid for shipping to get it faster but in the end to receive it late and without a signature when it was supposed to be the opposite logically, despite these downsides, very satisfied with the racket as well as your reaction times after contact, best regards.

A racket in a carefully packaged parcel delivered in 48 hours with quite a few pickup points near my home. For the site, an enormous choice of equipment and I love the comparator!!, which allows you to differentiate three rackets with clear diagrams.

Change the delivery person. DHL! The delivery person came without knocking on the door, I was there but he preferred to leave a note on the door, probably quicker for him, as a result I picked it up the next day for a birthday that day, thank you.

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
Hello Carmelo,
Unfortunately, the delivery person who comes to your door depends on the DHL agency in your area and may change.
We are sorry for this problem and will make sure to pass it on to the carrier.

Have a nice day.
