Hello, I recently placed an order for two rackets. After only one game, my FILA racket cracked. I was very careful, not wanting to damage it, I even preferred to lose a point rather than hit near the glass... I am very disappointed. Can you contact me for an exchange or refund please? I received my order with defects on the racket in several places. I play once and the overgrip comes off. It's just unacceptable for a racket at that price.

- 5 to 6 clear photos of the racket, focusing on the sides and any cracks
- Serial number (barcode or QR code)
