Disappointed upon receiving my last order (scratched racket and with a dent) despite a pleasant customer service, the delays started to be long between the return and the reshipment which is not certain.

4 and not 5 stars because delivered in 4 days instead of 2 or 3 days. Given the cost of delivery, I am demanding on the total respect of deadlines. For the rest, everything is perfect.

Even with reduced staff, the package arrived on time although it had been announced a day late. Very satisfied with the product, its packaging, and the communication with the services of Esprit Padel Shop. The quality/price ratio is also very interesting. I recommend.
