I ordered two rackets but one of them arrived scratched in two places. I was offered an exchange but refused because I need this racket quickly for the holidays. A small commercial gesture would not have been too much.

Regular customer at Esprit Padel Shop, I have never encountered the slightest problem. During my last order, I had a delivery issue, but it was related to Colissimo and not the store. After reporting the problem to customer service, the situation was handled and resolved very quickly. A responsive and professional team. I recommend without hesitation!
