Great! I had forgotten an item in the order and I emailed them and they reacted immediately! They added it so I wouldn't have to pay shipping twice and allowed me to make an additional payment. That had never happened to me on any site! Bravo!

Top responsiveness, whether for sending the order or customer service. Yes, I needed it, like any product, there are defects from time to time, in my case on two rackets. And everything went smoothly.
