Speed of order reception. I gave four stars instead of five because the racket cover was torn on 5cm. otherwise it met my expectations.

The racket received had packaging that was falling apart with plastic stuck everywhere on the racket and my hands. I don't know under what conditions the racket's pouch was kept but it was not a pleasant unboxing experience. I had to throw away the pouch that was leaving pieces of plastic everywhere while for resale, it would have been useful.

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
Hello, we apologize for this inconvenience. With the very low temperatures this winter, the material of the pouch may have weakened and crumbled during transport.
We do not want you to be left with this bad experience. We can send you a new pouch for free. Do not hesitate to get back to us by email :)

I ordered my last 2 rackets, 1 year apart, without trying them, relying only on the stats and using El Comparator, and it’s a flawless experience. The stats are 100% reliable as far as I'm concerned
