Racket in diamond shape and not water drop (actually, rather hybrid shape). Not suitable for my level/need, as it does not correct my technical flaws, which a water drop tends to do more. Since I tried it once as a principle, non-refundable. Too bad, I will inquire better next time. However, I give 3/5 because when the shot is successful, it is deadly!

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
Hello,
Thank you for your review and feedback. We are happy to see that you appreciate the power of the racket when the shot is successful!
Regarding the shape, Babolat does indeed describe it as a water drop shape. However, we understand that your feeling is different and that you consider it more of a hybrid shape. We take note of your comment, it helps us better understand our customers' expectations.
For your next racket, feel free to contact us before making your choice. We can then advise you better based on your level and needs.
Thank you again for your contribution!

It's a shame that the return for exchange is chargeable, if I had known I wouldn't have ordered from them

I am a bit disappointed with my last purchase. One of the balancing weights does not stick on the racket. Yet a bullPadel vertex.

The package was marked delivered after 8 days of waiting. Except that I did not receive my package as indicated, I had to contact the post office which informed me that there was no name on the package nor house number. The package was delivered to my neighbor.

Hello, indeed we are not yet at the stage of having our own delivery company.
So we trust our service providers, however, as with all deliveries, sometimes we can encounter a problem. You can send us an email at [email protected] with your information to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Have a very nice day.

Not too many big discounts during the sales. And shipping costs to return items that do not fit us. Might as well buy from other stores with free return shipping

Hello Bastien!
The customer service has been validated, and we sent you a new bag a week ago.
If you could confirm that the problem has been resolved that would be great.

The prices are attractive and the shipping is fast, but the negative point is that if the item is too small or the opposite, we have to pay 6.90 for the return when we just want an appropriate size without being able to try it beforehand. The reason given is also not coherent because if we return and make a credit note, we no longer pay them. The shipping cost is excessive.
