Very good product, too bad that given the price of the racket there is no pouch.

I was extremely satisfied with the package and delivery time, just a bit disappointed that a few days after I placed my order the site had a promotion for Father's Day.

Racket delivered very quickly. But when I removed the protective plastic from the handle, it was stuck to the handle and everything came off.

I received an offer after placing my order and also no information regarding the taxes to be paid for Switzerland - a bad surprise from DHL.

I received 2 separate packages for 3 t-shirts, I was disappointed because the third one was supposed to be long-sleeved but arrived short-sleeved, I wanted to return it for an exchange but it is out of stock!.. and I don't know when it will be available

Order as expected. Be careful if you live in the DOM as VAT does not appear on the invoice so you pay VAT twice and additional fees for DHL.

Just a small issue when removing the plastic protection from the grip, the grip was stuck to the plastic. I don't know what caused it but I'm a bit disappointed it looks like the grip has already been used..

Always received the packages on time, they respond to emails (rare things) and they are doing well on social media with explanatory videos. Moreover, the possibility to compare rackets on their site is really a huge asset.
