Very good responsive customer service and good contact. However, a bit disappointed with the quality of the first 2 rackets ordered: the coating peels off after 2 uses.... I hope the 3rd one will be the right one!!

The delivery was fast, rackets received in good condition, really great. However, 2 months after my order and only 5 uses, the wrist strap came loose during a smash and the racket (thankfully) crashed against the ground and not against an opponent. I leave this review especially for you to address this defect which I hope only happened to me because it could have ended badly...

The padel racket is very good. Perfect for playing. I bought the head flash 2.0 and I am very satisfied with it. There was also a very generous discount. The only downside is the relatively long delivery time. I had to wait 4-5 working days for it.

I just received the refund notice for the order and .. surprise, the shipping costs for both the outgoing and return of the product are entirely at my expense, while esprit Padel is not able to exchange for the desired size!! I will never order from them again.

In our Return Policy, everything is stated. The return costs for exchanges or gift vouchers are on us, those for refunds are on you. Unfortunately, we no longer had the size in stock but you could select a gift voucher to choose another product!

The rackets are not all the same weight, that's why below each model, we have a weight range that can go from 10 to 15g. The one for the Bela LS is from 355 to 370g. For the next one, you can choose the lightest!

Despite the online comparator that gives good indications, it is impossible to return a racket if the grip plastic has been removed. However, it needs to be removed to realize that it does not fit the player's hand. I am left with a brand new racket on my hands.
