I received my package quickly, and all the items matched very well with the items on the website. A little shout-out to Esprit Padel Shop: I told them I forgot to include the promo codes for padel balls... they sent them to me (and even more) in a separate package!!! Incredible but true!!! Hello, I received my package quickly (I live in Belgium) and in perfect condition, congratulations to your collaborators and your shipping service for this. Regarding the quality of the products, the socks (Nox) are made of a material that slips inside the shoe. I will not order them again. My sneakers (Nox) are of top quality! I forgot to enter the code before finalizing my order (over 100€), so I did not receive the gift tubes of balls. Could you automate, include gifts by default when the purchase amount conditions are met? This would prevent forgetful people like me from being deprived of pleasant bonuses. Thank you!
