I had a problem with a racket (nothing to do with Esprit padel shop), I activated the warranty, in 5 days I had a new racket, where other sites would have taken 3 months!! I commend the hyper responsive after-sales service!! My first message sent on Monday at 10 PM, the response by Tuesday at 10 AM (impressive!!) and the following messages, the same responsiveness!! Kudos to the service!! I recommend Esprit padel Shop without any problem, super serious!!

I would have liked to try my pair of shoes before ordering them but that was impossible so I ordered a pair that I had to return for an exchange. So it took longer and created more work for everyone. Too bad for the customer.

Very serious and responsive site. I had a problem with my order (torn cover). I sent an email to Esprit Padel who immediately sent me the product again. A refund proposal was also made by the site. I received my product in two days. I will order from them again.
