Hello, Nothing to say about the quality of the product and the delivery time. However, for the price of the racket and its brand, not having a case provided with it seems a bit stingy to me. That's why I only gave 3 stars. Best regards.

In fact, I have nothing to say about the delay but unfortunately the racket I received had a chip, a crack on the paint and I did not return the racket right away because I opened the package much later after receipt because it was a gift. If I had the possibility to make a complaint, I would do it because in addition to this small issue, I played 1 match and the grip is already worn out, so of very poor quality I have never seen that I have played tennis for 20 years and the grip does not wear out that quickly

Hello, I ordered a racket for a test. Personally, I find that the trial period is really short (7 days vs 14 days generally, it allows for several matches). Moreover, the racket could be delivered with an overgrip, for hygiene and comfort. Otherwise, nothing to report. Thank you for offering this service.

To be totally transparent with you, we have many requests for tests for few racket models made available by the brands. This explains why we are on a 7-day delay and not 14, in order to respond to the high demand.

I ordered 2 items: a pair of very good quality Bullpadel shoes, and a Siux racket. The racket was well packaged but it must have been left in the heat for a long time in a warehouse or outside because the protective plastic on the handle was stuck to it. When removing it, it tore part of the grip off the handle. It's not a big deal because I always put an overgrip on my handles. However, more annoyingly: a small piece of I don't know what is floating inside the body of the racket. So it's quite annoying when I handle the racket. Otherwise, delivery in 48 hours flat.

So far I am happy with my racket. However, I ordered an Esprit Padel T-shirt, I received an S while I am an XL. I plan to go on a diet. A bad rating for their partner Chronopost (I paid a few euros to have my racket the next day): Chronopost claimed that I was not there at the time of delivery, while I spent an hour waiting for the reception. Result: delivery the next day. I regret my few euros wasted! Reporting the issue to Esprit Padel who did not bother to respond to me.
