Great site, I bought my Nox racket and I am delighted. It is thanks to the comparison and the expert's opinion that I was able to decide. Fast delivery

Just disappointed not to have a reply to my email for a request for after-sales service on the second to last racket purchased. The email does not work and impossible to reach someone

Hello, I ordered a racket and a protection, thanks to Corentin the sales manager who contacted me very quickly to inform me that there would be a slight delay and that if I wanted, I could be refunded. I accepted to wait and I received the racket on the new scheduled date but the protection was unfortunately forgotten hence my 4 stars.

Responsive, compliant product but no chronopost delivery on Saturday (at least for my case), a classic shipment would have taken the same time for a lower cost

Very happy with my purchase at Esprit padel. I talked about it to many players in my club (15 courts.) You will certainly have other racket orders. I would like to buy another racket for my wife for her first order with you 10% discount. I saw that you offer 15% for the back-to-school season. Can you give me both discounts on my next racket order. Thank you for your response.

I can only give four stars because my package arrived 5 days after my order and not within 48 hours. However, the contact by email but also by phone with the customer manager was very quick, efficient, and courteous. Moreover, I was able to obtain a commercial gesture following this delivery issue. I recommend this site.
