Good site. I had an issue with my Padel racket. The site immediately took my problem, which was resolved in 1 week with a small commercial gesture.

The weight of the racket is not compliant. Announced at 355 g, it weighs exactly 365 g. A bit disappointed

Hello Stéphane,
The rackets are not all the same weight, that's why below each model, we have a weight range that can go from 10 to 15g. The one for the Bela LS is from 355 to 370g. For the next one, you can choose the lightest!
Have a nice day

You ordered on Friday around 4 PM, the carriers had already passed. We could only prepare your order on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. The deadlines are well respected on your order!

Very fast delivery but to a different delivery point than expected, within a radius of 10 km. Exact item, correct size but some discomfort due to the shape (shoe not made for a strong kick).

When I ordered, it was impossible to use a promo code, indicated on the site, and the next day, a new promo code was active. So I couldn't take advantage of it. For the rest, perfect delivery.

I am disappointed that I paid for a delivery to be faster and that I received this delivery almost at the same time as my second order. Knowing that, I wouldn't have paid more than 11 euros extra.

Hello, the delivery went very well. The product was exactly what I expected. I tested the racket and it suits me perfectly. The only negative point is that I am very disappointed with the grip of the racket which was damaged by the protective plastic making the feel not very pleasant in hand and it breaks my heart for a racket at 265€ full price. What would be the conditions to exchange the racket? Best regards. Jonathan Detailleur
