Response times are quick, package sent quickly and carefully packaged, however I find the commercial gesture a bit lacking for a racket break after 5 months for a simple shock.

The site does not offer the best prices or the most advantageous shipping costs, but the service is fast, the proposed selection is interesting, and the tools available are excellent for finding the ideal racket, especially thanks to the graph and the comparator. I highly recommend this site!

Just disappointed with the description that announces a sanded racket when it is smooth... However, the racket suits me perfectly and the delivery is ultra-fast as usual!

It's a shame to have paid for shipping to get it faster but in the end to receive it late and without a signature when it was supposed to be the opposite logically, despite these downsides, very satisfied with the racket as well as your reaction times after contact, best regards.

Change the delivery person. DHL! The delivery person came without knocking on the door, I was there but he preferred to leave a note on the door, probably quicker for him, as a result I picked it up the next day for a birthday that day, thank you.

Hello Carmelo,
Unfortunately, the delivery person who comes to your door depends on the DHL agency in your area and may change.
We are sorry for this problem and will make sure to pass it on to the carrier.
Have a nice day.

The selector is a bit too categorized and therefore not personal enough

Everything was perfect except for the delivery time which is a bit long. Maybe we should change the provider.

Hello, Site known from Joffrey's YouTube videos which offers very nice content to watch (keep it up) Order received quickly, impeccable material. A few small issues with the cart that wouldn't apply the 30% discount on the second racket purchased when adding other products. So I limited myself to the rackets :)

I bought an item that is marked on the site as compatible with all rackets but for 3/4 it does not hold.

Response from Esprit Padel Shop
Hello Sébastien,
Indeed, as marked in the description, the product is not compatible with Babolat rackets, if it was Babolat rackets then it is normal, we are sorry for that.
Have a very nice day!

Racket sent in a box, without any protection. Given the price of the items, it's outrageous.

I am sorry for this problem. We are vigilant about the protection of items: when the brand does not provide a cover, we use double thickness bubble wrap to ensure maximum protection.
