Even with reduced staff, the package arrived on time although it had been announced a day late. Very satisfied with the product, its packaging, and the communication with the services of Esprit Padel Shop. The quality/price ratio is also very interesting. I recommend.

I ordered two rackets but one of them arrived scratched in two places. I was offered an exchange but refused because I need this racket quickly for the holidays. A small commercial gesture would not have been too much.
