Positive shopping experience regarding competitive prices, ease of navigation on the site, and the great speed of shipping the pickleball racket. Unfortunately, a negative note for customer service: after registering I did not receive the welcome discount and the operator in the online chat, after an initial response, did not provide any solution and stopped responding to my messages. Promoted for convenience and logistics, but the assistance definitely needs improvement. For this, 3 stars out of 5.
