Speed of order reception. I gave four stars instead of five because the racket cover was torn on 5cm. otherwise it met my expectations.

Package well received, satisfied with the racket. Given the quality of the racket, I expected to have a specific case.

Very good, but I imagined receiving the SIUX Stupa with a real cover, not a net..., especially after buying my 3rd racket in less than a year and the problem I had with the Bull Padel shorts that I finally repaired with a seamstress.... This time, the shipment took almost a week, while my first racket, a Babolat Lébron that you will find on my customer file, arrived the day after my order... Available orally at 0683645716 / Regards. I picked up my package, the racket is beautiful, however I found that there was a small scratch on the white of the racket.

You need to go directly to the selector to compare rackets. You cannot request it by choosing to filter by brand or level, etc.

Super fast delivery. A small downside regarding the condition of the grip of my racket handle damaged by the glue of the supposed protective plastic.

Item no longer available but directly contacted by Esprit Padel to offer me a refund or to change the product. Then the package was delivered to my home correctly. All items were in accordance with my order and in good condition! So very satisfied.

Order prepared and delivered very quickly, nothing to complain about this aspect. 4 stars instead of 5 because I regret the sudden increase in the price of the Babolat Technical Viper 2025 racket before the implementation of a promotion at the beginning of September.

Unfortunately still the same problem with the relay point that is checked which does not accept the package and the obligation to go pick it up at the depot. 1 hour of travel. It should be specified that the relay points do not take this type of order. Regards

Package received within the announced deadlines, but the packaging of the racket is a bit light compared to the price paid.
