Package still not received because lost by Mondial Relay, I’m waiting for the next steps to see a refund or a reshipment of the same package

Racket received quickly at a competitive price. I give it 4 because I expected something different in terms of the graphic to get an idea. That said, it remains great, I will adapt

Package received within the announced deadlines, with a tracking that could be improved. Package in excellent condition, not yet used as it is intended as a Christmas gift

Great shipping speed, promotions relaunched by email. Just a small thing if I have to complain, it's that I received it with a scratch on the side, I didn't leave any comment no problem at this level, but it's true that I would have preferred to receive it without a scratch. Otherwise great
