Delivery time not respected
We apologize, the carriers have been a bit late these last few days due to the holidays, we tried to ship the packages as quickly as possible!
I have nothing to say about the quality of the product and the speed of delivery. However, I am very disappointed because an additional €30 discount was made on my racket the day after my order, I feel like I was taken advantage of, I will not order from this site again.
Unfortunately, that's the game of promotions, next time you have this problem, send us an email, we'll see what we can do!
I am not satisfied because I received my padel racket this week and it does not suit me at all so I wanted to return it and possibly get another one and your services told me that I could not return it because I removed the plastic from the handle to test it and no one told me that I should not remove it and at the same time how do you want to test a racket with the plastic!!!!! So I am angry because I am left with a racket that I do not use!!!!!
The plastic on the handle has been removed, which guarantees the new condition of the racket. It is therefore no longer new, we cannot take it back. Everything is mentioned in our Return Policy! We have a special page with test rackets to try the rackets beforehand!

A break not covered under warranty even though it is a manufacturing defect.
A crack of this size, and on one face, is not a manufacturing defect. It is the result of a shock with an external element, which voids the warranty. I am sincerely sorry, but the after-sales service will not be able to cover this case.
Very disappointed with the sellers, initially very nice but when I wanted to return my new racket, they refused. Total lack of commercial sense, I absolutely do not recommend. Don't expect anything from them.
I understand that this situation is frustrating and I apologize for it.
Disappointing customer service: refusal to refund for a racket never used simply because the handle protection had been removed. Little concern for customer satisfaction.

Hello, I have the impression of having received a counterfeit.. I used it for the first time yesterday and the plastic vibrates from the first hit and the plastic is already coming off in the center even though it has not suffered any shock... really disappointed..
The balls purchased "Hero Pro + Durability" lasted me only one session! When I wanted to reuse them, they were soft, I do not recommend these tubes.

My package is blocked by Mondial Relay, as the Relay point is under construction. It has been 10 days since the package has been in my city without being able to retrieve it. There has been no change of Relay point.
The site had a defect in the adhesive of the plastic packaging on the handle of a series of rackets but continues to sell them without specifying it.. okay they sent a grip and overgrip but if I had had the info, I would not have necessarily made this purchase
