Delivery times could be shorter. An ideal delivery time is 2 working days
The carriers were delayed due to the holidays, we did our best to send the package as soon as possible!
The return policy is not suitable for clothing => the return fees are too high for a garment that has not been tried on.
Return fees are only charged if you choose a refund, not for a store credit or an exchange. If the item does not fit you, you can exchange it at no additional cost!
Delivery is slow!
The carriers have been somewhat slowed down these days with the holidays, we tried to do our best!
The site is great, the delivery very fast. However, the return policy is disappointing.
Our policy is quite clear, unfortunately we cannot take back a racket that has already been unwrapped, it is no longer considered new.
Some rackets are available for testing so you can get an idea before making a purchase!

No testing period for the racket. Other online platforms allow a testing period, of course if the racket is returned it has to be as per delivery.
Received very quickly after the order, disappointed by the racket despite the process to find the suitable racket.
Delivery problem with Chronopost. Purchase on Thursday at 3 PM with 24 to 48 hour delivery option. Racket delivered Monday afternoon… Shipping costs covered by the site but if I had known I might have bought on another site. The important thing for me was to have the racket for Sunday.
I find that the return is missing the label to stick on the package and the refund makes me pay the shipping costs..

Regarding shipping costs, in case of a refund request, the return shipping costs are at your expense. Exchanges and vouchers are not subject to return shipping costs.

Received but paid for express delivery and received it after a week ... that's not honest !
The site is very good but out of 4 ordered items, the Wilson women's team liner shorts do not match the product description I ordered. They were supposed to be equipped with discreet side pockets to hold the balls, but the pockets are nonexistent, so it is not practical for playing or Padel.
I would have liked to try my pair of shoes before ordering them but that was impossible so I ordered a pair that I had to return for an exchange. So it took longer and created more work for everyone. Too bad for the customer.
We are an online store, however for Bullpadel shoes you could have tried another model at the Saint Priest club to test the size beforehand 🙂

Received on time but very disappointed with the return policy. I use the racket once, I immediately see that it does not suit me and I discover that I have to pay for the return and that I should not have removed the plastic around the handle. In short, no possibility of return regarding a racket.

I do not have my invoice. And when I go to the site, I request an email to retrieve my password. I do not receive any email to reset my password.
Second order for me, the first was ultra fast. The second was less so. Nevertheless, I received exactly what I ordered.
The racket received had packaging that was falling apart with plastic stuck everywhere on the racket and my hands. I don't know under what conditions the racket's pouch was kept but it was not a pleasant unboxing experience. I had to throw away the pouch that was leaving pieces of plastic everywhere while for resale, it would have been useful.
We do not want you to be left with this bad experience. We can send you a new pouch for free. Do not hesitate to get back to us by email 🙂
Very good quality products but the sizing guide for the shoes does not match. The email box is useless if you need it’s a robot that always sends you the same message. I just made an exchange for shoes, I wanted them to tell me if a second exchange is possible if it still does not fit because between 2 sizes but… So be careful if you are not sure of your size because returns are at your expense.

Size advice for Head: For Head sneakers, we recommend taking one size up from your usual shoe size.

Defective racket upon receipt. Customer service of 7 days but still nothing after this delay. They promised me a commercial gesture and responsiveness. After more than 10 days without a racket to play, I hope to have a response today... otherwise, a big disappointment.

Hello. Very responsive after-sales service. However, the transport leaves much to be desired. Delivery request to the Post Office next to my house, managed by Chronopost. For 4 days in a row, I was told that the delivery site was unavailable. They therefore left the package at a pick-up point 15km from my home (in my countryside, of course).

I am usually very satisfied with the services and various items from Esprit Padel. However, my last order is not a success. The Esprit Padel t-shirt is very small (one size smaller), this is indeed specified but at the bottom of the description, not very visible. I would rather suggest putting the information next to the product size. Moreover, the writing on the back is very intrusive and resembles more of an advertisement that is a bit too marked for my taste. The t-shirt is thin and of just acceptable quality. I am disappointed! at least for this item.

Change the delivery person. DHL! The delivery person came without knocking on the door, I was there but he preferred to leave a note on the door, probably quicker for him, as a result I picked it up the next day for a birthday that day, thank you.

I bought an item that is marked on the site as compatible with all rackets but for 3/4 it does not hold.
Indeed, as marked in the description, the product is not compatible with Babolat rackets, if it was Babolat rackets then it is normal, we are sorry for that.

Racket sent in a box, without any protection. Given the price of the items, it's outrageous.
Nothing to say about the site and the delivery. However, the first time I played with the new racket, it made noise inside as if a piece was broken.
Delivery made and with the ordered product. However, I ordered on Thursday and chose Chronopost to have my racket in 48 hours (to try it on match day Sunday) and unfortunately I only received it on Tuesday (holiday Monday), so I spent 8.90 euros for nothing! Disappointing.

Wide selection of rackets, fast service, responsive customer service. The only downside, the racket I ordered was described as having a "medium" balance, and it turns out it is more "head heavy."
Regarding the balance, there is a clarification: the racket is not "head heavy" but is a teardrop racket. This shape does not affect the balance in the same way as a head-heavy weight.
