I ordered a Siux Electra ST2 racket, the delivery time is ultra-fast, less than 48 hours. I have had time to try it since, and I am more than satisfied, the sensations are immediate from the first ball, it is perfectly adapted to my style. However, the grip needed to be changed as soon as I removed the plastic, and this is an issue that had already been raised by another customer. A grip would be welcome in the package given the price of the racket.

Hello, I received my package quickly (I live in Belgium) and in perfect condition, congratulations to your collaborators and your shipping service for this. Regarding the quality of the products, the socks (Nox) are made of a material that slips inside the shoe. I will not order them again. My sneakers (Nox) are of top quality! I forgot to enter the code before finalizing my order (over 100€), so I did not receive the gift tubes of balls. Could you automate, include gifts by default when the purchase amount conditions are met? This would prevent forgetful people like me from being deprived of pleasant bonuses. Thank you! Following the delivery of a Siux racket with a defect. Very long customer service, impossible to reach them by phone. Despite numerous exchanged emails. I am still waiting for a response. I just ask for a refund and a prepaid label for the return of the racket. This story has been going on for more than 10 days. Hoping for some responsiveness in the days following this comment.
